How wedding bookings actually work here
We build the reservation backwards from the ceremony time. You give us the ceremony start, the getting-ready address and the venue; we set the pickup with buffer for South Florida afternoon traffic and hold the vehicle for the full block, so the chauffeur is never re-dispatched mid-event. Timelines move on wedding days — because the vehicle is on hourly hire, extending on the day is a dispatch call, not a rebooking.
Guest shuttles between hotel and venue
Sprinter vans run continuous loops between the guest hotel and the venue rather than one single departure, which is what keeps late arrivals and early departures from stranding anyone. Give us the guest count and the two addresses and we'll tell you how many vehicles and loops the window needs.
Out-of-town guests arriving at PBI, FLL or MIA
Most Palm Beach weddings pull guests through three airports. Those transfers are booked as normal flight-tracked airport pickups — 60 minutes of complimentary wait on domestic arrivals, 90 on international — and can be booked on one reservation or individually by each guest.
Vehicles couples usually book
- Luxury sedan — couple's car and parent transfers
- Executive SUV — bridal party with dresses and luggage room
- Sprinter van — guest shuttle loops and vendor moves
What the quote includes
Rates are quoted flat for the reserved block with tolls and tax included. Gratuity is optional and is never added automatically. Dispatch is staffed 24/7, so a rehearsal-dinner change at 11pm reaches a person.
