This policy explains how PBI Limos handles personal information collected through pbilimos.com, our online reservation system, and calls or messages to our dispatch line.
Information we collect
- Reservation details you enter yourself: name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, passenger and luggage counts, flight or tail number, and any notes you add to the booking.
- Payment information entered in the reservation system. Card data is processed by our reservation and payment providers; it is not stored on this website.
- Contact records when you call, text or email dispatch, including the content of those messages.
- Basic technical data your browser sends to any website: IP address, device and browser type, pages requested, and referring page.
How we use it
- To quote, schedule, dispatch and complete your ride.
- To contact you about a booking — chauffeur assignment, arrival, delays or changes.
- To track the flight or tail number you supply so pickup timing matches your arrival.
- To take payment and issue a receipt.
- To keep records required for accounting, insurance and legal compliance.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share passenger names, itineraries, pickup addresses or trip details with anyone outside the people needed to deliver the ride, except where the law requires it. Discretion is part of the service.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that make the booking work: our reservation and dispatch platform, our payment processor, and — where a trip is covered by an affiliate operator — the operator assigned to your ride, who receives just the details needed to perform it.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies necessary for pages and the reservation form to function. Our booking widget is loaded in privacy-preserving mode and video embeds use no-cookie hosts. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the reservation form may not work correctly if you do.
Retention
Reservation and billing records are kept as long as needed for the trip and for the accounting, tax and insurance periods that follow. Enquiries that never become bookings are kept only as long as they are useful for following up.
Your choices

Children
The site is intended for adults making travel arrangements. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children; child passenger details are supplied by the adult making the booking.
