FBO and private terminal pickup pages

Chauffeured luxury SUVs and black cars are options for private-aviation transfers between an FBO and a hotel, office or residence. Match the vehicle to the passenger and bag count, then use the page for the actual facility handling the flight.

Confirm the actual facility and passenger meeting point with your aircraft operator or FBO. Ramp-side or planeside access requires facility or operator authorization; a chauffeur booking does not arrange aviation services.

FBO pickups are a different job to terminal pickups

Private aviation at PBI is spread across separate general-aviation facilities on the west and south sides of the field, each with its own entrance and its own gate procedure — nothing about it resembles the commercial terminal. We ask for the FBO name and the tail number at booking. Dispatch tracks the tail rather than a scheduled flight, which matters because private departures move by hours, not minutes. Give us the FBO and we'll stage the vehicle there ahead of the ETA.

Planeside and lounge meets

Whether a vehicle can go planeside is the FBO's and the operator's call, not ours — ramp access is controlled by each facility. Where it is permitted and arranged in advance, we coordinate it; otherwise the chauffeur meets you in the FBO lounge. We will tell you honestly which one applies before the day rather than promising ramp access we cannot guarantee.

Booking from your home base, not from Palm Beach

Private aviation ground transportation is almost always arranged from somewhere else — a flight department in the Northeast, a family office on the West Coast, a charter broker or a travel manager coordinating a trip they are not on. We take the booking by phone or online with the FBO name, tail number and passenger count, confirm the staging plan back to whoever made it, and keep 24/7 dispatch reachable across time zones for the schedule changes private departures are known for.

Billing

Flat rates by route with tolls and tax included, gratuity optional. Flight departments and family offices booking repeatedly should call dispatch to discuss billing arrangements.

What to send when you book

The FBO name (and airport, if it is not PBI)
Aircraft tail number, plus the trip or charter reference if you have one
Estimated arrival or departure time, with the time zone it was quoted in
Passenger count and the number and type of bags (golf bags, pet carriers, cases)
The destination or pickup address, including gate or building entrance details
A contact who can be reached on the day, if that is not the passenger

Picking a vehicle

Luxury Sedan: 1–3 passengers
Luxury SUV: 1–7 passengers; the usual choice for golf bags or heavier luggage
Executive Sprinter: up to 10 passengers
Sprinter Van: up to 14 passengers

Meeting your chauffeur

Unless a different arrangement is confirmed with you in advance, plan on meeting your chauffeur at the FBO lobby or main entrance, as the facility directs. Vehicle access to the ramp is decided by the FBO and the aircraft operator, so it is never assumed; if you need it, ask when you book and we will tell you what can and cannot be arranged.

When the schedule changes

Private schedules move. If the departure time, arrival estimate, tail number or FBO changes, tell dispatch as soon as you know, using the phone number on your confirmation, so the pickup can be re-planned around the new details.

Booking for someone else

Assistants, flight departments and travel managers can make the reservation on a passenger's behalf. Give the passenger's name and mobile number as well as your own, and say who should receive the confirmation and any updates.

Questions about this pickup

I don't know which FBO my flight is using yet. Can I still book?: Yes. Book with the airport, date and approximate time, and send the FBO name and tail number as soon as your operator confirms them.
Why do you ask for the tail number?: Private flights are identified by the aircraft's registration rather than a scheduled flight number, so the tail number is how the arrival is followed and matched to the right FBO.
Can one reservation cover several cars for one arrival?: Ask when you book. Give the total passenger and bag count and we will confirm which vehicles are needed and how the group will be met.
