FBO pickups are a different job to terminal pickups
Private aviation at PBI is spread across separate general-aviation facilities on the west and south sides of the field, each with its own entrance and its own gate procedure — nothing about it resembles the commercial terminal. We ask for the FBO name and the tail number at booking. Dispatch tracks the tail rather than a scheduled flight, which matters because private departures move by hours, not minutes. Give us the FBO and we'll stage the vehicle there ahead of the ETA.
What we need at booking
- FBO name at PBI (for example Atlantic Aviation, Signature Flight Support or Jet Aviation)
- Aircraft tail number
- Estimated arrival or departure time
- Passenger and bag count, so we send an SUV or Sprinter when the sedan won't hold it
Planeside and lounge meets
Whether a vehicle can go planeside is the FBO's and the operator's call, not ours — ramp access is controlled by each facility. Where it is permitted and arranged in advance, we coordinate it; otherwise the chauffeur meets you in the FBO lounge. We will tell you honestly which one applies before the day rather than promising ramp access we cannot guarantee.

Booking from your home base, not from Palm Beach
Private aviation ground transportation is almost always arranged from somewhere else — a flight department in the Northeast, a family office on the West Coast, a charter broker or a travel manager coordinating a trip they are not on. We take the booking by phone or online with the FBO name, tail number and passenger count, confirm the staging plan back to whoever made it, and keep 24/7 dispatch reachable across time zones for the schedule changes private departures are known for.
Billing
Flat rates by route with tolls and tax included, gratuity optional. Flight departments and family offices booking repeatedly should call dispatch to discuss billing arrangements.
