Embarkation day is a timing problem, not a distance problem
The drive from Palm Beach County to Port Everglades or PortMiami is the easy part; the queue at the terminal drop-off lane on a multi-ship morning is not. We ask for your ship, terminal and assigned boarding window at booking and set the pickup against that window with buffer for I-95 and the port entrance, so you are not circling with bags on board. If your boarding time changes, dispatch is staffed 24/7 and the reservation moves with it.
Disembarkation pickups
Coming off the ship, tell us the scheduled arrival and your luggage tag colour or walk-off time. Ports release passengers in waves, so we stage the vehicle nearby and move to the terminal when you clear customs rather than parking a car in the lane for an hour. Wait time is handled the same way as an international airport arrival.
