Private Car Service for School-Family Schedules

A school-day itinerary may involve a parent, multiple activity locations and a return home. The schedule and authorized handoff arrangements are the family’s responsibility.

Confirm school rules first

Check the school’s pickup lane, visitor policy and permitted adults before requesting a ride. Share only the pickup address and directions needed for transport; do not provide student records.

Plan for an accompanying adult

Discuss passenger ages, an accompanying adult and any child restraint requirements with reservations before confirming. Do not assume an unaccompanied minor, supervised handoff or car seat is available.

Vehicle and reservation details

Choose the vehicle based on the number of travelers and any equipment. Confirm capacity, child restraint arrangements and availability directly.

Frequently asked question

Can the chauffeur collect a child alone from school?

Do not assume so. Confirm the school’s rules and discuss any request with reservations; arrange an authorized adult and appropriate child restraints.
