Car Service for Banker & Advisor Roadshows in Palm Beach County

An advisor roadshow may involve several offices and clients in a single day. A reserved vehicle gives the party one transportation plan between meetings rather than a separate pickup request for every leg.

Build the meeting itinerary

Send each address, appointment start and anticipated end time in order. Include any airport arrival or departure and allow for travel between Palm Beach County offices; a schedule with no transition time is difficult to keep. For a flight through Palm Beach International, check the PBI airport car service page for arrival and pickup planning.

Handling changes between stops

Ask about hourly/as-directed service when meetings could run long. Share itinerary changes with the reservations team so pickup instructions and the next destination can be confirmed; wait time and extra stops should be discussed when booking.

Vehicle and reservation details

A sedan suits a small party with light luggage; an SUV can be more practical for colleagues, presentation cases or airport bags. Confirm passengers and luggage before selecting a vehicle.

What this service does not include

This is chauffeured transportation, not financial advice, client representation or an affiliation with any bank. Do not send sensitive client records in a ride request.

Frequently asked question

Can a roadshow include an airport transfer?

Yes, include the airport, flight number and the first meeting address in the request so the two parts can be planned together.
